i · The agreement
Plain
language.
No legalese.
Last updated · August 2026. Use Denzl, you agree to these.
ii · What Denzl is
A discovery network.
Denzl is a social discovery engine for men's shopping. You tell it what you like and photograph the wardrobe you own; it learns your taste and shows you what men like you actually buy and keep. It can generate try-on and clean product images from your photos, and it links you to brand stores when you want to buy. You can also connect your Gmail, if you like, so past order confirmations count too. Signals are anonymous and aggregated. Operated by Nyusta Technologies, Bangalore.
iii · Your account
Your data, your rules.
You own your data
Your purchases, sizes, preferences, and profile data belong to you. Export or delete everything any time from You → Download my data / Delete account.
One account per person
Each account represents one real person. Don't create fake accounts or use Denzl to scrape data.
You can leave anytime
Delete your account from your account page. All your data is permanently removed from our systems within 24 hours. Your data is also removed from future aggregations.
iv · Improving Denzl
One account agreement.
One exit.
What participation means
What you share and how you use Denzl help personalise your experience and improve the product. For selected Ask turns that automated checks find are likely failures, an authorised Denzl reviewer may read what you asked and what Ask answered so we can verify and fix the problem. Review copies are access-logged and kept for no more than 90 days.
What is excluded
This access-logged review currently covers the Ask text record only, including speech after it is transcribed. It does not use Gmail, Google Photos, raw audio, or camera frames. Any separately disclosed camera test is outside this reviewer store.
Stop anytime
Use You → Account → Stop product improvement to stop future collection and delete eligible review copies already collected. Deleting your account removes them too.
v · Connecting Gmail (optional)
Read-only. Limited scope.
Read-only API scope
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you do, we use Gmail's read-only scope. Denzl can never send, delete, or modify your mail. We only search for order-confirmation mail from known brand senders.
Disconnect anytime
Revoke Gmail access from You → Connected accounts, or from your Google Account permissions page. Already-imported purchase data stays unless you delete your account.
vi · Community signals
You contribute, you benefit.
Anonymous and aggregated
Your individual purchase data is never shared with other members. These signals are generated from aggregated patterns across multiple members. Minimum threshold of 3. Signals only appear when 3+ members match.
By using Denzl, you contribute to the network
Your anonymised purchase patterns help generate signals for other members, and theirs help you. This is the core value exchange. No individual data is ever exposed.
vii · Don't do this
The hard nos.
viii · Limitations
As-is. Honest.
denzl is provided as-is. We do our best to parse order mail accurately but can't guarantee 100% accuracy on prices, sizes, or product names. These signals are based on aggregate data and should be used as guidance, not guarantees. We're not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on denzl data.
Buying happens on the brand's store
When you buy something you found on denzl, the purchase happens on the brand's own store. The sale, payment, delivery, exchanges, and returns are between you and that brand, under the brand's terms. Denzl is not the seller and takes no commission from your purchase.
AI-generated images
Try-on images and clean product images of your wardrobe pieces are generated by AI. They are illustrations, not photographs of the real thing on you. Fit, colour, and detail can differ from reality, so treat them as a preview, not a promise.
ix · Changes to these terms
We'll tell you.
We may update these terms as Denzl evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
